Customer Engagement Engine
The Customer Engagement Engine provides a financial institution with up-to-date educational content, articles and blog posts that can be syndicated to its customers. For example, the Management Console allows you to access an article on ways to save for a new baby, supplement the content with cross-sell opportunities such as a life insurance or a college savings fund, and email the article to your relevant goal-saving customer base, while promoting on your Twitter and Facebook fan page. Build a loyal following by sharing relevant content, and cross-sell relevant products to a captive audience, at the exact right time.
The goals module empowers customers to take control of their finances and create their own savings goals. Customers specify what they are saving for, how much they want to save and when they want to meet their goal. They setup an automatic funding plan from their existing bank account to fund the goal.
Whatever the goal, the savings platform makes it easy to add a new goal, and create a savings plan to meet that goal. A beautiful user-interface allows customers to keep up-to-date with their goal-saving progress. Customers can choose to share their goal savings progress with their friends and family on Facebook and Twitter, or publicize a goal on their sharing page where others can contribute.
The dashboard provides a quick and insightful view into the progress and details of each savings goal. From here customers have quick access to current and closed goals, can edit their goals, and can view the financial institution's Activity Stream and the customer's Friend Stream for savings ideas and motivation.
The Activity Stream is an anonymous stream of real-time savings behavior of your customers. Viewing the stream gives your customers a look into what people are saving for and provides motivation to keep on saving, and provides you a marketing tool that remains constant.
Similar to the Activity Stream, the Friend Activity is the stream of savings behavior of your friends using the bank's GoalSaver product. Financial Institutions can allow their customers to easily connect with their friends using the GoalSaver product by connecting your Facebook or Twitter account.
Auto-Sharing to Facebook & Twitter
People love to share things with their friends. And sharing their savings aspirations is no different. Auto-Sharing is a powerful, viral feature that allows your customers to share their savings activity automatically on their Facebook and Twitter accounts, promoting your brand to your customers' friends and contacts with each and every post.
The Redemption module can be customized to control how savings funds are eventually used. A Financial Institution may want to limit the redemption to its own banking products, or it can include e-code options like allowing a customer to redeem their funds to an Amazon e-code. Redemption to e-code provides a cash incentive to the customer and a revenue stream to the Financial Institution. Relationships with e-retailers have been established by Social Money and are optional.
Quickly and easily access customer GoalSaver data via the Financial Institution's Management Console. Use data to cross-sell products throughout the goal savings process as well as at point of redemption. Example: A New baby goal is an ideal time to offer life insurance and college savings products.
