The use of single sign-on (SSO) and full front-end customization using client side templates creates a seamless customer experience with existing web-facing products.
Standardized services allow access to the features while maintaining System of Record (SOR) ownership of funds using clients existing account architecture. Our flexible model supports existing client web services and custom file feeds depending on the clients existing capabilities.
GoalSaver handles all the Social Network integration so we can handle the regular updates required to maintain this integration and stay abreast of the popular networks.
Architecture
GoalSaver is a web-based application organized in a three-tier architecture that includes a presentation layer, a business logic layer and a persistent layer entirely hosted in the cloud for scalability to your organization’s needs.
The presentation layer follows a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture using HTML5 and CSS3. Full customization of this layer allows for a seamless customer experience with existing web-facing products.
The business logic layer is a .NET Framework 4 application following a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) which allows clients to choose the features that best fit their implementation and benefit from a standardized interface that allows access to the services through an XML or JSON-based interface.
Management Console
The Management Console gives clients back office the ability condiv site features and appearance, maintain the site, and mine customer data. The Management Console is a web-based application with single sign-on (SSO) available but also uses Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) so the client can integrate GSS support with their current customer support solution.
